Thomas “Tom” Wheeler is a senior executive leader, operations strategist, and leadership coach with more than three decades of experience guiding complex, service-driven organizations through growth, transformation, and sustained operational excellence. As President of AeroLead Consulting, Tom brings a rare blend of real-world executive leadership, people-centered philosophy, and disciplined operational execution to every client engagement. Tom’s career spans senior leadership roles across the aviation, logistics, and service industries, including General Manager and Director-level operations positions within highly regulated, safety-critical environments. He has overseen large, geographically dispersed operations; led workforces exceeding 1,000 team members; managed multimillion-dollar budgets; and partnered closely with corporate leadership, airport authorities, regulators, and business partners to deliver consistent results. At the core of Tom’s leadership approach is a belief that lasting performance begins with people.
